5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Eligibility: Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached.
  • Non-returnable Items: Custom/personalized items and clearance/final sale items are not eligible for return unless defective.
  • Process: Contact us at contact@mevshero.com with your order number to initiate a return or exchange. Approved returns will receive instructions and a prepaid shipping label (where applicable).
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 3 days with photos for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
