Are your products made-to-order?
Yes! All Mevshero products are Print on Demand (POD), meaning we start production after you place your order. This ensures every item is freshly printed to your specifications, but it may result in slightly longer processing times (2–4 business days).
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you select the perfect fit. We recommend measuring a similar garment you own and comparing it to our chart. Ordering and Processing
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT) at our warehouse in Hutto, TX. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CT or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day. You’ll receive an order confirmation email within 10 minutes and a production update when processing begins.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placement, provided production hasn’t started. Email [email protected] with your order number and request. What should I do if I don’t receive an order confirmation?
If you don’t receive an order confirmation email within 10 minutes, check your spam/junk folder. If it’s still missing, contact us at [email protected] with your order details, and we’ll verify your order status within 24–48 hours.
Shipping and Delivery
Where does Mevshero ship?
We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses or internationally at this time. Join our newsletter for updates on future international shipping.

Due to the custom nature of our POD apparel, we cannot accept returns for sizing preferences or change of mind. How do I return an item?

- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
