Refund and Returns Policy

At mevshero we custom-print every T-shirt, sweatshirt, tank top and hoodie in the USA. If your order isn’t perfect, our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee has you covered.

1. Scope

  • Applies to purchases made on mevshero.com and delivered within the United States.

  • Covers items that are new, unwashed and unworn (indoor try-ons in a smoke-free, pet-free space are fine).

  • Custom designs created from customer-supplied artwork, and items clearly marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable,” are excluded unless damaged or defective.

2. Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or size exchange within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. After 30 days we can no longer accept the item.

3. How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us – Email contact@mevshero.com  (Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM CT) with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive an RMA – We answer all messages within 12 business-day hours and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Eligible returns receive a printable prepaid shipping label.

  3. Ship within 7 days – Place the unworn item in its original packaging with tags attached, write the RMA on the outer label, and ship to: mevshero Returns 3333 Co Rd 119 #2, Hutto, TX 78634, United States

  1. Inspection – We inspect returns within 48 hours of arrival and email you the outcome.

  2. Refund or Exchange

    • Refunds are credited to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) within 3–5 business days after approval.

    • Exchanges ship free once the original item passes inspection. If the replacement costs more, we send a secure payment link; if it costs less, we refund the difference. If the requested size or color is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Free if the product is defective, damaged in transit, or we shipped the wrong item.

  • Customer-paid for size, style or “change-of-mind” returns. You may:

    • Use our discounted prepaid label — a flat $7.95 will be deducted from your refund, or

    • Ship via any trackable carrier of your choice at your own cost.

  • No restocking fees are ever charged.

5. Conditions for an Approved Return

  • Item must be in its original state: unwashed, unworn, scent-free and with all interior tags attached.

  • Packaged securely to prevent transit damage.

  • Must include a valid RMA and arrive within the 30-day window.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom garments printed with customer-supplied graphics or text.

  • Items designated “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

  • Products showing wear, washing, alterations, stains or odors.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, email photos to contact@mevshero.com within 7 days of delivery. We will immediately arrange a free replacement or a full refund — including outbound and return shipping costs.

8. Exchange Policy

Need a different size or color? Follow the return steps above and request an exchange. We will dispatch the replacement once the original garment is approved. If the requested variant is unavailable, a full refund is processed.

9. Cancellation Policy

Because every garment is printed to order, cancellations or changes are possible within 12 hours of purchase. After that window, production begins and the order can only be refunded through the normal return process.

10. Payment Security

All transactions are processed through Stripe and PayPal, industry-leading gateways that adhere to the PCI-DSS Level 1 security standard. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
