2. Step-by-Step Payment Instructions

A. Paying with PayPal

  1. At checkout, select the PayPal option.

  2. Click “Pay with PayPal.”

  3. You’ll be redirected to PayPal’s secure site—log in or choose to pay as a guest.

  4. Confirm your payment method and shipping details, then complete your order.

  5. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

B. Paying by Credit/Debit Card (Stripe)

  1. At checkout, select Credit/Debit Card.

  2. Enter your card number, expiration date, and CVC code.

  3. Optionally, tick “Save payment information to my account for future purchases” for a quicker next checkout. Your data is encrypted and secured by Stripe; Mevshero never stores your card details.

  4. Click “Place Order.”

  5. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

C. Using Apple Pay / Google Pay / Cash App Pay

  1. Choose the respective option if it appears.

  2. Follow the prompts on your device (may require Face ID, fingerprint, or PIN).

  3. Confirm payment and wait for order confirmation.

3. Payment Security & Data Protection

  • SSL Encrypted Checkout: Your personal and payment data is protected with end-to-end SSL encryption.

  • PCI DSS Compliance: All payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay) are fully PCI DSS compliant.

  • No Card Storage: Mevshero does not store or have access to your full card number. Saving your card on site means your data is securely encrypted by Stripe only.

  • Fraud Monitoring: Payments are monitored for security. If further verification is needed, we’ll contact you by email or phone.

4. Billing Information

  • All charges appear in US Dollars (USD).

  • You will see the final total, including applicable taxes and shipping, before completing payment. There are no hidden fees.

  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received and authorized.

5. Troubleshooting Payment

  • Payment Fails: Please check your card details, available balance, or try a different payment method. If your card is declined, contact your bank for assistance.

  • Unrecognized Charge: If you see a charge you don’t recognize, contact us immediately at contact@mevshero.com.

6. Saving Payment Information

  • For your convenience, you may opt to securely save your card with Stripe for future purchases by selecting the “Save payment information…” option at checkout.

  • You can remove saved payment methods at any time by logging into your account or contacting our support team.
