  2. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT). Orders placed after 10:00 PM PT will begin processing the following business day.

  3. Delivery Time: Once processed, deliveries typically take 5–7 business days.

  4. Shipping Costs:

    • Orders over $199 qualify for free shipping.

    • Orders under $199 incur a $7.99 shipping fee.

  5. Shipping Delays: Delivery times are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen circumstances. Please check your tracking information for updates.

  1. Return Eligibility: You may return unused, unworn, and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returns must include the original tags and packaging.

  2. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

  3. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

  4. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 2–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
