We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within this time frame for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in unused, original condition and in its original packaging.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in unused and unworn condition.
  • The item must be in original packaging, with all tags still attached.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Return Shipping Costs

In cases where the item is defective or damaged, mevshero will cover the cost of return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom-made items that were altered according to your specifications.
  • Sale items or products purchased with a significant discount.
  • Gift cards or items marked as final sale.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will assist you in processing a return, exchange, or refund.
To expedite the process, please include:

  • Photos of the damaged or defective item.
  • Photos of the original packaging (if applicable).
  • A description of the issue.

Once we’ve received the necessary information, we will guide you through the return or exchange process. Shipping costs for returning a damaged item will be covered by us.

Warranty Policy

All mevshero embroidered apparel comes with a 7 days warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, or wear and tear. If you believe your item is defective due to a manufacturing error, please contact us at contact@mevshero.com within one year of the purchase date, and we will assist you in resolving the issue, including issuing a repair, replacement, or refund.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be in unused and unworn condition, with tags still attached and in its original packaging.
To initiate an exchange:

  2. Once your return is processed, we will ship the new item to you.

Please note that return shipping fees for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong item).

Reason for Return

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@mevshero.com. Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once an item has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. In such cases, you may need to proceed with the standard return process after receiving your order.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
