Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days, from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded from processing times. Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the carrier for shipping. We strive to ensure quick processing, but delays may occur during peak seasons or due to other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Time
Shipping time for orders is estimated to be between 7 to 15 business days, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). This timeframe begins once the item has shipped, not when the order is placed. Please allow additional time for remote areas or during peak shopping seasons.
We utilize reliable carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS, to ensure your embroidered apparel arrives safely and in a timely manner. Delivery times may vary based on the carrier, shipping method selected, and destination.
Shipping Fees
- Orders over $199 will receive free shipping.
- Orders under $199 will incur a $7.99 shipping fee.
Shipping Areas
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, some remote or hard-to-reach locations may experience longer delivery times, and shipping restrictions may apply based on carrier limitations.
Tax Charges
All applicable orders will be subject to 5% sales tax in accordance with current state tax regulations. Sales tax will be calculated during checkout based on the shipping address.
